For any stay of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment benefits from the following services included:

- bed linen, made beds, towels, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, washing-up liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.

We inform you that:
- a security deposit, by credit card pre-authorization, will be requested before your arrival via a link.

- the keys will be handed over at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and must be returned to the agency before 9am on the day of your departure.

- the apartment is provided clean, we ask you to return it in the same state.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict non-smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be compensation amounting to 50% of the security deposit. This compensation will be used for the cleansing of the apartment.

- pets are not accepted.
