General description of the residence
Duplex apartment for 6/7 people located on the 9th floor of the Malinka residence. West-facing balcony offering a stunning unobstructed view of the valley and mountains.
On the ground floor: the living room and kitchenette opening onto the lounge. You will also find a bathroom and 1 separate toilet.
The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave/grill, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc...
Upstairs are the bedrooms and a shower room with toilet.
Sleeping arrangements:
- Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 small bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90x190).
- Lounge (ground floor): 2 single sofa beds (80x185) including 1 with a pull-out bed (80x180).
Ski locker.
Pets not allowed.
TV. Internet access. (The Selectis agency disclaims any liability in case of failure, interruption or breakdown of the television and internet networks independent of the agency)
WINTER: Bed linen is delivered to your apartment and end of stay cleaning is included.
SUMMER: End of stay cleaning is included. Bed linen (sheets) and towels not included (optional services).
Summer 2024 Multipass: This accommodation allows you to benefit from the Multipass at €3 / day / person.
Optional services to be paid on-site and to be reserved before your arrival:
Towel kit: €12.5.
Bath mat: €6.0.
Tea towel: €3.0.
