For any stay of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment benefits from the following inclusive services:

- A personalised welcome on the day of your arrival,
- A concierge service available from 9am to 9pm to put you in touch with the players in the resort: shops, medical centre, babysitters... or to reserve a table at the best restaurants in the resort
- bed linen, towels, made beds, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, washing-up liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag, and multipurpose cleaner) to start your stay.


We inform you that:
- a security deposit, by credit card imprint, will be requested before your arrival via a link.

- the keys will be handed over at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and must be returned to the agency before 9am on the day of your departure.

- the apartment is handed over clean; we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict no smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be compensation amounting to 50% of the security deposit. This compensation will be used for the sanitation of the apartment.

- pets are not accepted.
