For any stay of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment benefits from the following included services:

- A personalised welcome on the day of your arrival,
- A concierge service available from 9 am to 9 pm to put you in touch with local services: shops, medical centre, babysitters... or to reserve a table at the best restaurants in the area.

- bed linen, towels, made beds, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dishwashing liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.

We inform you that:
- a security deposit, via credit card imprint, will be requested before your arrival via a link

- the keys will be handed over to you on the day of your arrival between 5 pm and 7 pm and collected before 9 am on the day of your departure.

- the apartment is handed to you clean, we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict non-smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shisha...), the penalty will be a compensation corresponding to 50% of the amount of the deposit. This compensation will be used for the sanitisation of the apartment.
