Very nice 26m² apartment for 4 people, very cosy and functional, fully renovated in a modern and warm mountain style. Comprising: - One bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, TV, and storage, - One bedroom with bunk beds and large storage, - A kitchen area with numerous appliances: dishwasher for a holiday without chores, combined microwave oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker… - A living area with a non-convertible sofa, Smart TV, and WIFI, - A bathroom with a large shower, WC, sink, and storage. - A ski locker in a locked room at night and access to the slopes from the residence.
North-facing, mountain view, in a quiet residence, ski-in ski-out, close to shopping facilities, with a fine organic grocery store right across the street to buy your fresh bread!
The first lift is 50m from the residence. There is a bus stop at the foot of the residence to take you everywhere in the resort, free bus service. Supermarket is 300m from the residence, as well as the sports centre, pool, and shops. Ski rental shop is 250m from the residence.
For any stay of 5 nights or more in the winter season, this apartment benefits from the following included services:
- bed linen, made beds, towels, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, washing-up liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag, and multi-purpose cleaning product) to start your stay.
Information: the lift in the residence stops on the 6th floor!
Please be informed that: - a security deposit, via credit card imprint, will be required before your arrival through a link.
- the keys will be handed over at the agency on the day of your arrival between 17:00 and 19:00 and must be returned to the agency before 09:00 on the day of your departure.
- the apartment is provided clean, and we ask that you return it in the same condition.
- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict no-smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be a compensation corresponding to 50% of the amount of the deposit. This compensation will be used for the sanitisation of the apartment.
Your travel documents containing all the practical information needed for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, key collection address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure. THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED ON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE. Arrival time and key collection : - Short stay: 16:00-19:00 - Weekly stay (more than 7 nights): 17:00-19:00 If arriving outside these hours, please inform us.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days prior to your arrival to establish the arrival procedures. The keys will be available in the safe designated for this purpose, outside the office. The code will be specified in the travel document sent one month before your arrival by email. Departure time: before 10:00.
