This 25 m² apartment located on the ground floor of the residence is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- A living room with two single beds, 1 TV
- A kitchenette with a combination oven, dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, and coffee maker.
- A bedroom with a mobile partition equipped with a double bed
- A bathroom equipped with a bathtub which includes a toilet.

The terrace is facing North with a view of Mont-Blanc.

The apartment is equipped with duvets.

LA RESIDENCE:
L'Epervier is a large residence located on the edge of the forest. Access via a blue slope is immediate and the resort centre with all the shops is located 10 minutes on foot.

LE QUARTIER:
It allows ski-in access for almost all the residences (depending on skiing level), either heading towards Montchavin or returning to the resort centre. There is parking available nearby the residences.

A security deposit and local tourist tax are to be paid on site.
