THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 25 m² apartment located on the ground floor of the residence is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
-A living room with two single beds, 1 TV
-A kitchenette with mixed oven, dishwasher, induction hobs, refrigerator and coffee maker.
-A bedroom with a movable partition equipped with a double bed
-A bathroom equipped with a bathtub and which includes the toilet.

The terrace is North-facing with a view of Mont-Blanc.

Non-smoking apartment / Pets not accepted.
No WiFi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.

THE RESIDENCE:
L'Epervier is a large residence located on the edge of the forest. Access via blue slope is immediate and the resort centre with all the shops is located 10 minutes on foot.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
It allows for a return with skis on feet for almost all residences (depending on skiing level), either heading to Montchavin, or returning to the resort centre. Possibility of parking near the residences.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes…

Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.
