Very nice 30m² apartment for 4 people, very cosy and functional, entirely renovated in a modern and warm mountain style in 2021. Including: - A bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, a TV and storage, - A bedroom with bunk beds and large storage, - A kitchen area with numerous amenities: dishwasher for a true holiday without chores, combined oven microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee machine… - A living area with a non-convertible sofa, Smart TV and WIFI, - A bathroom with a large shower, WC, sink and storage. - A ski locker in a secured room at night and access to the slopes from the residence.
Facing East, in a quiet residence, with ski-in ski-out access, close to shopping facilities, with a ski school and equipment shop just next door.
Slope behind the residence, directly at the exit of the ski locker. Bus stop 200m away to take you anywhere in the resort, free bus. Supermarket 300m from the residence, as well as the sports centre, swimming pool and shops.

For any stay of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment benefits from the following included services:
- bed linen, towels, made beds, a set of 2 dishcloths, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dishwashing liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.
Please note that: - a deposit, by credit card pre-authorisation, will be requested before your arrival via a link.
- the keys will be handed over at the agency on the day of your arrival between 17:00 and 19:00 and must be returned to the agency before 09:00 on your day of departure.
- the apartment is provided clean, and we ask you to return it in the same condition.
- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict non-smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be compensation corresponding to 50% of the deposit amount. This compensation will be used for the sanitisation of the apartment.
Your travel documents containing all the practical information you need for your stay (time of arrival, conditions for late arrivals, key collection address, etc.) will be sent to you by e-mail before your departure. THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED ON ARRIVAL. Arrival time and key collection: - Short stay: 4pm-7pm - Weekly stay (more than 7 nights): 5pm-7pm If you arrive outside these times, please let us know.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days before arrival to make arrangements. Keys will be available in the safety deposit box outside the office. The code will be stipulated on the travel document sent to you by email one month before the day of your arrival. Departure time: before 10am.
