The terrace with a view of Mont Blanc faces North. The ski locker is in the residence.

LA RÉSIDENCE :
La Boussole is located less than 300m from the centre of the resort, shopping facilities, and the ESF, and is directly close to the slopes. The residence is of medium size with wood cladding and exposed stone. A public car park is nearby.

LE QUARTIER :
The quietest area of the Les Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from the shops. The area of the Observatoire offers a panoramic view of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
