LA RÉSIDENCE :
La Boussole is located less than 300 m from the centre of the resort, shopping facilities, and ESF, and directly close to the slopes. The residence is medium-sized with wooden cladding and exposed stone. A public parking area is nearby.

LE QUARTIER :
The quietest area of the resort of Les Coches, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from shopping facilities. The observatory area offers a panoramic view of the valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre can be done via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
