Useful information

Your travel documents containing all the necessary practical information for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, key collection address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure.
THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE.
Arrival time: between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
If you are arriving outside of these hours, please notify the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sunday, please contact the office a few days before your arrival to arrange the arrival details.
The keys will be available for you in the safe designed for this purpose, outside the key holder's office.
The code will be provided on the travel document sent one month before your arrival date by email.
Departure time: before 10:00 AM.

To be paid on-site on the day of your arrival:
Damage deposit by Visa / Mastercard credit card: 500.0 EUR to be paid on-site at a flat rate.
