- At the entrance, two bunk beds, storage, wardrobe, and coat hooks, - a bedroom with a double bed, - In the living room, a sofa, two coffee tables, a large flat screen, - an open kitchen to the living room, equipped with an oven, microwave, a dining island with high chairs and storage underneath, a refrigerator, a dishwasher to make it a real holiday, an induction hob with two burners, and plenty of storage, - a beautiful balcony with a table and benches as well as two sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing, smoking, or admiring the view.
For any stay of 5 nights or more in the winter season, this apartment benefits from the following included services:
- linens, made beds, towels, a set of 2 dishcloths, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, washing-up liquid, 1 cloth, 1 rubbish bag, and multipurpose cleaner) to start your stay.

We inform you that:
- a deposit, taken via a credit card imprint, will be required before your arrival through a link.
- the keys will be handed to you at the agency on the day of your arrival between 17:00 and 19:00 and must be returned to the agency before 09:00 on the day of your departure.
- the apartment is provided clean, and we ask you to return it in the same condition.
- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict non-smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be compensation equivalent to 50% of the deposit amount. This compensation will be used for the cleaning of the apartment.
Your travel documents containing all the practical information you need for your stay (time of arrival, conditions for late arrivals, key collection address, etc.) will be sent to you by e-mail before your departure. THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED ON ARRIVAL. Arrival time and key collection: - Short stay: 4pm-7pm - Weekly stay (more than 7 nights): 5pm-7pm If you arrive outside these times, please let us know.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days before arrival to make arrangements. Keys will be available in the safety deposit box outside the office. The code will be stipulated on the travel document sent to you by email one month before the day of your arrival. Departure time: before 10am.
