For any stay of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment benefits from the following included services:

- bed linen, towels, beds made up, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 maintenance kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, washing-up liquid, 1 dishcloth, 1 rubbish bag and multi-purpose cleaner) to kick-start your stay.


Please note that:
- a deposit, via credit card imprint, will be required before your arrival via a link.

- keys will be handed over at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and must be returned to the agency by 9am on the day of your departure.

- The apartment is handed over clean, and we ask that you return it in the same condition.

- The apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict no-smoking rule in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be a compensation corresponding to 50% of the deposit amount. This compensation will be used for the sanitation of the apartment.

- Pets are not allowed.
