The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc faces North-West. The ski locker is in the residence.

LA RÉSIDENCE :
The Sextant is a large residence located approximately 100 metres from the slope. Access to the centre of the resort, located about 300 metres away, is via a pedestrian path. Public parking is available nearby.

LE QUARTIER :
The quietest area of the Coches resort, all residences are within 100 metres of the slope and 300 metres from the shopping facilities. The Observatoire area offers a panoramic view of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
