The quietest area of the resort of Les Coches, all residences are a maximum of 100 metres from the slope and 300 metres from shopping facilities. The area of L'Observatoire offers a panoramic view of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort centre is via a footpath in less than 5 minutes.
