This divisible studio of 27 m², rated 1 star, is located on the 3rd floor (without a lift but accessible by 1 floor from the top of the residence) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a living area with 1 double bed, 1 TV, 1 radio
- a sleeping area with bunk beds
- a separate kitchenette consisting of 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 2 electric hot plates, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet

The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc is North-facing. The ski locker is in the residence.

The apartment is equipped with duvets.

THE RESIDENCE:
Large residence that extends on either side of the Place des Commerces, it is therefore ideally located in the resort centre. It has an underground car park, hence the interest in booking an additional space through us.

THE AREA:
In the centre of Les Coches, in immediate proximity to all amenities and shops as well as the nursery and the ESF. Numerous events take place on the Place du Carreau. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in covered car parks, to be reserved through us.
