This studio divisible by mobile partition of 27 m², is located on the 1st floor (with lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a living room with a night area 2 single beds and a dining area 1 sofa bed with pull-out bed, 1 TV, 1 radio
- a kitchenette consisting of 1 mini oven, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 4 electric hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette equipment
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet

The terrace with a view of the Carreau square faces South-West. The ski locker is in the residence.

Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with a supplement of €40)
No wifi
The apartment is equipped with duvets.

THE RESIDENCE:
Residence with wood cladding and light render located on the edge of the road and is connected to the Zig Zag residence. The nursery is located in the residence. There is little parking space nearby but it has an underground parking lot whose spaces can be reserved through our agency.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
In the centre of Les Coches, immediate proximity to all amenities and shops as well as the nursery and ESF. Numerous activities take place on the Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in covered parking lots, to be booked through our agency.
