The balcony with a view of the surrounding pine trees faces East. The ski locker is in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
Residence with wooden cladding and light plaster located by the roadside and is connected to the residence le Zig Zag. The nursery is located within the residence. There is limited parking available nearby but it also has an underground car park where spaces can be reserved through our agency.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
In the centre of Les Coches, in immediate proximity to all the amenities and shops, as well as the nursery and ESF. Numerous events take place in the Carreau square. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in the covered car parks, to be reserved through us.
