General description of the residence
Small residence located at the base of the resort, below the main avenue, close to the Carrets chairlifts and ESF meeting points. Sports shops and a supermarket nearby.
4-room apartment with a cabin and mezzanine, located on the second floor of the residence without a lift (1/2 floor to climb + 1/2 external floor to descend), facing south with 2 balconies exposed to the SOUTH and an individual garage (L. 4.90m; l. 2.50m; H. 2.10m) in a building across the street.
The apartment comprises a living room with an open equipped kitchenette and a lounge, a bedroom with a 140 bed and a cabin with bunk beds 2x80 (NB: the upper bed of a bunk bed is prohibited for under 6 years old), a bathroom, a shower room, and two separate WC. On the upper floor, there is a second bedroom with a 140 bed and a mezzanine with a clic clac sofa bed 140.
