Residence facilities: lift, ski storage. Public parking. Shops 550 m, grocery store 50 m, restaurant, bar 550 m, bus stop "Centre-Bagagerie" 600 m, train station "St Jean de Maurienne" 17 km, swimming pool 400 m. Ski tow, chairlift, ski slopes 50 m. Ski school 600 m, children's garden (winter) 250 m, sledging slope 600 m. Please note: In good snow conditions, ski-in access to the house is possible. Other apartments are also available for rent in this holiday home. The mentioned swimming pool is located 400 m from the residence: this is the outdoor municipal swimming pool. Children aged 3 to 5 years are allowed access depending on weather conditions (in winter). The swimming pool is included with the rental.
