For any stay of 5 nights or more in the winter season, this apartment benefits from these included services:


- bed linen, towels, made beds, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30 ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, washing-up liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.


We inform you that:
- a deposit, by credit card imprint without debit of an amount of €1400 will be required before your arrival on the site of our partner Swikly

- the keys will be handed over at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and must be returned to the agency before 9am on the day of your departure.

- the apartment is handed over clean, we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: If this strict non-smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...) is not respected, the penalty will be compensation corresponding to 50% of the amount of the deposit.
This compensation will be used for the sanitation of the apartment.

- pets are not allowed.

- Possibility to rent a box in one of the garages of the residence.
