For any stay of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment benefits from the following included services:

- sheets, towels, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dishwashing liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag, and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.

We would like to inform you that:
- a deposit, via card imprint, will be requested before your arrival via a link.

- the keys will be handed over at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM and must be returned to the agency before 9:00 AM on your departure day.

- the apartment is presented clean; we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of breach of this strict no-smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be compensation corresponding to 50% of the deposit amount.
This compensation will be used for the sanitisation of the apartment.

- pets are not allowed.
