Ravishing apartment for 4 people, 28m², cosy and warm, completely renovated in a modern mountain style, offers you an ideal place for a dream holiday. It is located in a lively residence, which contains a supermarket, a ski equipment rental shop, and a laundry.
The apartment is composed of:
- a bedroom with two single beds, - a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, - a kitchen equipped with a cooking hob, a foldable table for more space, an extractor hood, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, - a lovely balcony to smoke or admire the view. - a bathroom equipped with a washbasin and a bathtub. The toilet is separate.

For any stay of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment benefits from the following included services:
- bed linen, towels, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, washing-up liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag, and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.
We inform you that: - a security deposit, by credit card imprint, will be required before your arrival via a link.
- the keys will be handed over at the agency on the day of your arrival between 17:00 and 19:00 and must be returned to the agency before 09:00 on the day of your departure.
- the apartment is provided clean, and we ask you to return it in the same condition.
- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict non-smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the sanction will be compensation amounting to 50% of the deposit amount. This compensation will be used for the cleaning of the apartment.
Your travel documents containing all the necessary practical information for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, key collection address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure. THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL. Arrival time and key collection: - Short stay: 4pm-7pm - Weekly stay (more than 7 nights): 5pm-7pm If arriving outside of these times, please indicate.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sunday, please contact the office a few days before arrival to arrange arrival procedures. The keys will be available in the safe designated for this purpose, outside the office. The code will be stated on the travel document sent one month before your arrival date by email. Departure time: before 10am.
