Please note that:
- a security deposit via credit card imprint will be required before your arrival through a link.

- keys will be handed over at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and must be returned to the agency before 9am on the day of your departure.

- the apartment is provided clean, and we ask you to return it in the same state.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict non-smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be a compensation corresponding to 50% of the deposit amount. This compensation will be used for the sanitisation of the apartment.

- pets are not accepted.
