This apartment benefits from included services (except for short stays of less than 5 nights):

- A concierge service available from 9am to 9pm to connect you with station providers: shops, medical centre, babysitters... or to reserve a table in the best restaurants in the resort.

- sheets, towels, beds made, a set of 2 dish towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dishwashing liquid, 1 cloth, 1 rubbish bag and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.

- 1 parking space in the residence, only if it meets the length and height criteria imposed: maximum length of 5 metres and maximum height of 2.20 metres.

We inform you that:
- a deposit, by credit card imprint will be required before your arrival via a link

- keys will be handed over at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and must be returned to the agency before 9:00am on your departure day.

- the apartment is handed over clean, we ask you to return it in the same state.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-respect of this strict non-smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be compensation corresponding to 50% of the amount of the deposit.
This compensation will be used for the sanitation of the apartment.

- pets are not accepted.
