Please note that:
- a security deposit, by credit card pre-authorisation, will be requested before your arrival via a link.

- the keys will be handed over at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and must be returned to the agency before 9am on the day of your departure.

- the apartment is provided clean and we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of violation of this strict no-smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be compensation amounting to 50% of the deposit. This compensation will be used for the sanitisation of the apartment.

- pets are not allowed.
