This apartment benefits from included services (Except for short stays of less than 5 nights):

- A concierge service available from 9am to 9pm to connect you with the resort's providers: shops, medical centre, babysitters... or to reserve a table in the best restaurants in the resort.

- sheets, towels, made beds, a set of 2 dish towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, washing-up liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag and multi-purpose cleaner) to start your stay.

- 1 parking space in the residence, only if it meets the imposed length and height criteria: 5 metres maximum length and 2.20 metres maximum height.

We inform you that:
- a deposit, via credit card imprint, will be requested before your arrival via link.

- the keys will be handed over at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5pm and 7pm and to be returned to the agency before 9am on the day of your departure.

- the apartment is handed over clean, we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict no smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be compensation corresponding to 50% of the deposit amount. This compensation will be used for the sanitisation of the apartment.

- pets are not accepted.
