For any stay of 5 nights or more in the winter season, this apartment benefits from these included services:
- bed linen, made beds, towels, a set of 2 dishcloths, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dishwashing liquid, 1 cloth, 1 rubbish bag and multipurpose cleaner) to kickstart your stay.
Please be informed that: - a security deposit, by credit card imprint, will be required before your arrival via a link.
- keys will be handed over at the agency on the day of your arrival between 17:00 and 19:00 and must be returned to the agency before 09:00 on your departure day.
- the apartment will be handed over clean; we ask you to return it in the same state.
- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In case of non-compliance with this strict no smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas...), the penalty will be compensation corresponding to 50% of the security deposit amount. This compensation will be used for the sanitation of the apartment.
Your travel documents containing all the practical information necessary for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, key collection address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure. THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE. Arrival time and key collection: - Short stay: 4 PM - 7 PM - Weekly stay (over 7 nights): 5 PM - 7 PM In case of arrival outside these hours, please indicate this in advance.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sunday, please contact the office a few days prior to your arrival to arrange the arrival procedure. The keys will be available in the designated safe outside the office. The code will be provided in the travel document sent a month before your arrival date by email. Departure time: before 10 AM.
