The residence Chapka, also known as Hotel de la Falaise, is located in the Falaise area, just a short distance from the resort entrance.
This area is ideally situated near the resort entrance, facilitating arrivals and departures. The Chapka residence faces south and offers views of the mountains and the resort.
The area has all the necessary shopping facilities for a successful stay, and the centre of Avoriaz is accessible in just 5 minutes.
The ski departure point allows easy access to the various sectors of the Portes du Soleil ski area, providing direct access to the Super Morzine and Lil'Stash sectors, perfect for families and/or beginner skiers.

Your travel documents containing all the practical information necessary for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, key collection address...) will be sent to you via email before your departure.

Arrival time: between 4 PM and 7 PM.
If you arrive outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sundays, please contact the office a few days before arrival to arrange the arrival procedure.
The keys will be available in the safe provided for this purpose, outside the key holder's office.
The code will be specified in the travel document sent one month prior to your arrival date via email.
