About Apartements SABOIA B
The residence La Saboia B is ideally located at the top of the Tania resort in a calm area, close to a beautiful spruce forest.
Its geographical location allows you to ski directly to the lifts and return via the Folyères slope.
A staircase leads to the heart of the resort in just a few minutes.
Located at the start of the cross-country skiing slopes of La Tania.
A code access system will be installed for the building at the entrance lobby.
Door installations on all floors.
The keys to some cellars are at the Tania agency.
A parking space is reserved for an owner in front of the building; do not park there.
A chain with a padlock will be installed in front of the building.
A collective hot water balloon of 9000 litres heats only during off-peak hours, from 12 AM to 6 AM.
The key to the crawl space and boiler room is in a key box in front of the building.

Appartement confortable, agrément du sauna, cuisine propre et fonctionnelle. Ce serait agréable qu'il y ait une solution de couchage double sans qu'on ait à installer un lit de fortune avec les matelas des canapés. Il serait bon aussi de fournir un petit produit d'entretien aux locataires pour la fin de séjour.

Appartement sommaire mais fonctionnel. La cuisine dispose juste du minimum (pas de four par exemple). Le lave linge a été apprécié !
