About Appartements SABOIA B

The residence La Saboia B is ideally located at the top of the resort of La Tania in a quiet area, near a beautiful spruce forest.
Its geographical location allows for ski-in ski-out access to the lifts and to return directly via the Folyères slope.
A staircase leads to the heart of the resort in just a few minutes.
Located at the start of the cross-country ski slopes of La Tania.
A code entry system will be installed for the building in the entrance lobby.
Installation of doors on all floors.
The keys for certain cellars are at the agency of La Tania.
Reserved parking for an owner in front of the building; do not park here.
A chain with a padlock will be installed in front of the building.
The communal hot water tank of 9000 litres heats only during off-peak hours, from 12 a.m. to 6 a.m.
The key for the crawl space and the boiler room is in a key box in front of the building.

Winter & Summer Season:
From Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 18:00.
And on Saturday from 9:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00.
Closed on Thursday, Sunday and public holidays.

Check-in time: from 17:00 to 18:00 during the week or 19:00 on Saturday.
In case of late arrival, please inform the agency before 18:00.
Check-out time: before 10:00.

Mid-Season (from 04/15 to 06/30 and from 09/01 to 12/15):
From Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 17:30.
And on Friday from 9:00 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 17:00.
Closed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
