The residence Les Valmonts, with a lift, is located in the area of Les Balcons des Bruyères, at the foot of the slopes. These 2 buildings are situated next to the departure point of the Bruyères gondola, just a short walk from the ESF children's garden (village des Piou-Piou) and around 100m from the Bruyères swimming pool and the shopping facilities in this area. The apartments offer a beautiful view of the mountain.
