Welcome to your alpine refuge, a charming duplex for 11 people with a privileged location on the road to the Croix de Fer pass, at the entrance to the village, next to the cheese dairy.
Imagine yourself, wrapped in a blanket, a steaming cup in your hands, gazing at the Aiguilles d'Arves gently illuminated by the sun at dawn. The silence of the mountain, the warmth of wood, the golden light streaming through the living room...
Inside, everything breathes well-being and conviviality:
A vast, bright living space, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a warm dining area, and a cosy lounge for cosy evenings after skiing.
The wooden ambiance and refined decoration create an atmosphere that is both warm, soothing, and elegant.
The sleeping area is designed to accommodate families and friends in absolute comfort: • A master suite with a double bed, private shower room, and balcony offering a spectacular view of the Aiguilles d'Arves, • A tastefully decorated double bedroom with a mezzanine equipped with two single beds, • A spacious mezzanine in the hallway, with a 120 cm wide bed, • A children's bedroom with two bunk beds (4 sleeping places), • An additional shower room with WC. • Additional WC on the ground floor
In winter, enjoy a free shuttle that connects to the slopes and the village centre in 5 minutes. In summer, a free little train will allow you to explore the village and its surroundings.
Two reserved parking spaces and a large parking area nearby make your stay easier, as well as a bike garage accessible during the summer season.
And because holidays are made for recharging... enjoy your private sauna every day (3h included), before savouring a friendly dinner on the panoramic terrace equipped with a plancha.
Here, the sunrise over the mountains is a spectacle that never gets old.
Outside, a pétanque court awaits the end of the day with friends, while the children play in the fresh mountain air.

Practical information: • Bed linen and towels optional and at an extra cost. You can order them up to 3 days before your arrival. • Pets allowed under conditions (on a lead, not left alone, additional charge of €5/day or €30/week).

Arrival time: between 3pm and 6pm. Please contact the reception before 4pm in case of late arrival or for any questions regarding your accommodation by contacting the phone number mentioned at the top of your exchange voucher. The agency will contact you by email about fifteen days before your arrival for the organisation of your stay. Departure time: before 10am.
To be paid on site, on the day of your arrival: Deposit (Carte Bleue, Master or Visa only): from €400 to €1200 (depending on the type of accommodation). Mandatory cleaning: from €100 to €250 (depending on the accommodation) Tourist tax. Additional services: payable, subject to order and availability.
