- One bedroom, separated from the living room by a sliding partition, has 2 single beds, and another bedroom is equipped with 2x2 bunk beds
- Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine
- Separate toilets.

The rental price includes: 1 kitchen towel, 1 cleaning kit (sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags, cloth), utilities (water, electricity, heating).
