The residence Neige et Soleil, with 4 floors without a lift, is located in the Soleil area in Plan-Peisey, next to the shops. This building from the 1980s has an entrance 50 metres from the road and an outdoor staircase. South-west facades and beautiful panoramic views. The slopes and ski lessons are located 200 metres away.

A communal parking area, uncovered and free, is about 200 metres away and there are a few roadside spaces near the building.

Apartment of 43m² located on the ground floor in a residence close to the slopes and shops.
Rented for 6 people, it consists of
- a sleeping area with two bunk beds in the entrance, separated from the living room by a door,
- a bathroom with washing machine
- separate WC,
- a kitchen opening onto a living room equipped with a sofa,
- a bedroom with 2 bunk beds
- a bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining shower room.

The apartment is south-facing and has a terrace.

Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, combination microwave oven, electric hobs. Washing machine. Television. Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 2 sets of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 double bed.

Sanitary facilities: 1 bathroom with separate WC. 1 shower room.
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservations possible.

Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You have the option to book your ski lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the ordered services upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid upon arrival by bank card or cheque. No keys will be handed over without a deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: furniture must under no circumstances be moved. Mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. Beds must be properly stripped with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to follow these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing protector, €300 for the repositioning of furniture.

NON-SMOKING apartment: charge for odour of €300 for cleaning of all fabrics.
