For any stay of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment benefits from the following included services:
- bed linen, towels, beds made, a set of 2 dish towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, washing-up liquid, 1 cloth, 1 bin bag, and multipurpose cleaner) to start your stay.
Please note that: - a security deposit via credit card authorisation will be requested before your arrival through a link
- keys will be handed over at the agency on your day of arrival between 17:00 and 19:00 and must be returned to the agency before 09:00 on the day of your departure.
- the apartment is provided to you clean, and we ask that you return it in the same condition.
- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In the event of non-compliance with this strict no smoking clause in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas…), the penalty will be a compensation equivalent to 50% of the security deposit. This compensation will be used for the cleaning of the apartment.
Your travel documents containing all the essential practical information for your stay (arrival time, late arrival conditions, key collection address...) will be sent to you by email before your departure. THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON SITE. Arrival time and key collection: - Short stay: 4 PM - 7 PM - Weekly stay (+7 nights): 5 PM - 7 PM If you are arriving outside these hours, please let us know.
Office closed on Sundays. For Sunday arrivals, contact the office a few days prior to your arrival to determine arrival arrangements. The keys will be available in the designated safe, outside the office. The code will be indicated on the travel document sent one month prior to your arrival by email. Departure time: before 10 AM.
