The rental of this accommodation includes a covered and private parking space under the residence.

The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc and the valley is north-facing. The ski locker is in the main residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
Recent high-standard residence combining slate, stone, and wood, located directly near the centre of the resort. It has a wellness area: small heated indoor pool (10m*5m) with unlimited access. Pool table in the reception lounge and a laundry room.

THE AREA:
In the centre of Les Coches, immediately close to all amenities and shops as well as the nursery and ESF. Numerous events take place in the Carreau square. The first chairlift giving access to the La Plagne area is 150m away, and the Vanoise Express cable car nearby allows for quick access between the Les Arcs area and La Plagne.
