Welcome to the "Lauvitel" residence.

This 30m² studio apartment for 4 people, located on the 4th floor, comprises :
- Fully-equipped kitchenette: fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, ceramic hob
- Living room with sofa bed and television
- Sleeping area with sofa bed
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
- South-facing balcony
- The accommodation is equipped with duvets, pillows and sheets
- Free private outdoor parking subject to availability and not guaranteed


The "Lauvitel" residence is located at the foot of the ski slopes and the "Le Diable" chairlift, with ski hire and all amenities. It also has ski lockers and a lift.

Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:
- Towel kit: €12 / person
- End-of-stay cleaning: €70

A deposit of €500 is required on arrival.
Nb: Maestro, American express, cheques and cash are not accepted.

Please note: the keys are not handed over at the accommodation address, but at our agency located at "9 Rue des Sagnes - 38860 Les Deux Alpes".
