THESE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL ON-SITE.
Arrival time: between 16:00 and 19:00.
If arriving outside these hours, please inform the key holder.
Office closed on Sundays. For arrivals on Sunday, contact the office a few days before arrival to arrange arrival details.
The keys will be available in the safe designated for this purpose, outside the key holder's office.
The code will be provided in the travel document sent one month before your arrival date by email.
Departure time: by 10:00.
The agency is located in the centre of the resort next to the Carroz tourist office.
The agency is open:
Monday to Saturday (except holidays) from 9:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:30
Key collection: at the agency.
On arrival: from 17:00
On departure: at the latest by 10:00
