About Chalet KOURIA
The Kouria residence, with its high-quality amenities, enjoys an exceptional location in Avoriaz. Perched on the cliffside, it offers an extraordinary view of the surrounding peaks.
Constructed in 2015, the residence features 16 spacious and bright apartments, accommodating 6 to 10 guests in a chic mountain atmosphere, all while providing breathtaking views of the Morzine valley. The residence boasts exclusive access to a pool with a jacuzzi under a panoramic glass roof and a fully equipped ski room.
The Falaise area, where it is located, has all the shopping facilities necessary for a successful stay and allows for a five-minute walk to the centre of Avoriaz.
The ski departure point provides easy access to the different sectors of the Portes du Soleil ski area and offers direct access to the Super Morzine sector and Lil'Stash, ideal for families and/or beginner skiers.
