The prestigious Les Chalets de Layssia 4* residence is located in the heart of the village of Samoëns in Haute-Savoie. Pas à la hauteur d'un 5 * ! Arrivée à 17h. Bon accueil. Il a fallu à 3 reprises retourner à l'accueil pour trouver notre emplacement de parking. Mauvaise indication... Obligé de réclamer le kit pour le chien à savoir une gamelle qui faisait 3 fois la taille de mon chien. N"a pas eu ses friandises. Dommage au vu des Frais supplémentaire de 95 euros. obligé également de rappeler à plusieurs reprises l'accueil. Il manquait oreiller couette drap pour notre fille. Toutes ses étapes ont été réalisées en plusieurs étapes. Ménage pas nickel. Literie de la chambre matelas tres mou ! Oreiller bouloché pas à agréable non plus ! Wifi instable ! Pour accéder à la piscine et spa obligé de passer par le parking ou les extérieurs, pas top en peignoir et chaussons ! Encore une fois le 5 étoiles n'est pas à la hauteur !... Poêles en mauvaises états.

Appartement spacieux et bien équipe. Les équipements (spa, jaccousi, hammam, piscine) sont bien appréciés après une journée sur les pistes.
